2011Breathing a sigh of relief….and sharing a chance to win a free class!
Well, last Friday I officially finished a 3-month long assignment and got it shipped off…all 32 lbs of it! What a relief that is! Now I am set to focus on my classes at Art from the Heart in the UK, at Scrap-a-Mia in the UK, and at Bambola in Madrid. I love traveling. I love teaching. So fun!
I have a couple of cool things to share…
- The talented Susie LaFond has a cool tutorial on creating a fabric cover for a notebook. Check it out! Susie's work has been in the lastest issues of Art Journaling and Somerset Memories…very cool. Thanks for sharing, Susie!
- The amazing May Flaum is teaching a new class in May at BPC, and she said I could give away a spot in the class…whee! Here is the class description:
"Sharing your name with a month isn’t always easy, but long time Big Picture instructor May Flaum has turned this month of May into a big scrapbooking party! In this 31 day class students will find daily inspiration delivered to them via email, as well as a classroom where videos, handouts, an active message board, and so much more awaits. Filled with both new layouts and all time scrapbooking favorites, May with May is going to be a crafty good time. To make this class even better – it’s priced at just $19 so it’s budget friendly too. The fun starts May 1."
To win the free spot in the class, just comment on this post. I'll draw the winner on Friday.
And because every post needs a picture…here's an oldie but a goodie.
