Girl with empty eyes…

I decided to leave her eyes empty…she's creepy but I think it makes a statement. Lots of scribbles here, lots of gestural marks. I did the drawing with a Lyra Color Giant black pencil. I got hooked on this pencil when I took a Jesse Reno class at ArtFest. It's waxy and makes a nice dark mark over paint. It is *not* water-soluble like my beloved Stabilo All pencil. The Stabilo is still my favorite, but the Lyra pencil is fun for a change. I also used Neocolor IIs and a turquoise Stabilo Woody this page.
