I love the new Media Tools in my line. They are silicone-tipped brushes and they're great for all kinds of mark-making! Think of them like a paintbrush. If you can do it with a paintbrush, you can do it with one of these tools to get a different effect or mark. They work wonderfully in the thick Dina Wakley Media acrylic paints. Here are three of my favorite ways to use the tools.<\/p>\n

1. Scribble right into paint (this technique is called sgraffito). Each tip will give you a different scribble mark. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

2. Use the each tool to make interesting marks. Each tip will give you a different shaped mark. The mark will change depending on how quickly you move your hand, how much paint you put on the tip, and how hard you press. So fun!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

3. Use the very edge of each tool tip to create interesting, artistic lines.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
