I started with a canvas page in my Media Journal. I bent the covers back so I could sew lines on the canvas with my machine.<\/div>\n

Then I colored over the sewing with Magenta and Turquoise Scribble Sticks, and wet them with a paint brush and water. Right into the wet layer I added some Lemon Scribble Stick.<\/div>\n

When it was dry, I journaled on the stitching with the Fudeball pen. I created the collaged tags with the stamps from the Circle Patterns set. I dug through my "art bits" box and found some tags that I had already painted. I stamped the images on various tags and cut them out. I used Elephant paint on the Scribbly Circles Background stamp to start each tag, then added the stamped images, bits of ephemera, and a little strip of journaling. I put the tags on the canvas with Media Tape, so they can be flipped through like pages in a book. I cut the hearts freehand from painted papers, too, and used Multi Medium to glue them on the tags and onto the canvas.<\/div>\n

What makes me happy? Soooo many things. At first, I thought this page might be about simple things, like diet Coke and Kate Spade purses and not setting an alarm in the morning. But as I started my journaling, it became more profound and I couldn't help but record some BIG things, traveling the world, my faith, and my family.<\/div>\n
