Still drawing with the water brush….

I'm still having fun drawing with the Tim Holtz water brush by Ranger. I filled it with Dylusions black ink. It's just so fun to play with! This is drawn in my Dylusions journal over gesso and a few blotchy "clean up" layers.

She’s pensive…

This gal seems pensive. This page is from a class I taught at Everything Scrapbooks and Stamps in Florida.

A funky collaged page…

I cut the words on this page from an old book page. I love to buy old books written in the early 1900s. They have the best phrases and words in them.

Other goodies I used: Dylusions Ink Spray, Neocolor II crayons, Stabilo All pencil, Dylusions Creative Journal.

I’m here, I’m here…

but I'm holding on by the skin of my teeth. What I've been up to:

• Sending my oldest fella away on a church mission for 2 years. I spent as much time with him as I could before he left. He's such a good kid. Love him so very much.

• Working on Book 2, so I'm doing LOTS of art, but I can't share any of it (yet).
• Lots of teaching!
• Little to no cleaning. Ha.
• Squeezing some bits of journaling here & there.

I was super pressed for time this month, but I did manage to make a few art journal pages from the wonderful October Jenni Bowlin Studios kits. Be sure to check the site to see the kits and the DT galleries. Lots of wonderful layouts there!
