100 faces…are you still drawing?
Are you still drawing your 100 faces? I admit I've slowed a bit. Here are a few more I drew in Dawn Sokol's lovely Art Doodle Love book.

I'm honored to be one of the gallery artists in Seth Apter's new book:
Seth is a generous, giving artist who delves into the "how" and "why" of artmaking. He is great at asking questions that make you think, and also dissecting the mystery of art into doable tips and activities.
Plus, his own art is hecka cool.
You can check out his blog for all sorts of eye candy and features. See if he's teaching near you (but be warned, his classes almost always sell out quickly).
Thanks, Seth, for having me be part of your new book!
I started these two collage pages months ago. Every now and then I flip to them and add something–some stenciling, some bits and bobs. Then I flip away, leaving them still unfinished. I am kind of enjoying this slow process, just adding to them when the mood strikes.
The November Jenni Bowlin kits are lovely. Gorgeous autumnal colors and unique and cool embellishments. You need to get the Antiquarian kit. It is such a great assortment of ephemera for your stash!
Little snippets of a couple of stamped pages. Bird stamp by Fred Mullett. Girl stamp is my Lonely Girl stamp, available through Stampington.com.
This drawing is Stabilo Pencil and paint on 18"x24" watercolor paper. Sometimes it's fun to work a bit larger than journal size.
I am quite overloaded at the moment…hope to get back to daily blog postings soon.
I still love the simple circle. Page with layered collage in my Dylusions journal.
Can you see? Quick Stabilo All drawing over some collage and gesso in my Dylusions journal.
These gals are from my mark-making class. They're not finished yet, but I love the freedom of motion and expression.
Sample I made when I was teaching my layering class…the feather is an exclusive stencil from Jenni Bowlin Studios. When you sub to her great kits, you get exclusive goods that are just so fun to play with.
