I want to fly!
Girl with spikey hair this time…
Howdy, friends!
First, I’ve created a facebook page specifically for my art…give me a “like” here.
Second, don’t forget about LifeBook 2013! I’m joining many other talented artsits for a great year-long class. If you register through my link below, I get credit.
I didn't have as much time to create with the JBS Mercantile kit this month…but I had a blast creating these three pages!
These are more class sample pages…illustrating how easy it is to draw with the magic pencil!
I've taught my Introduction to Art Journaling class many times, and I think every time I teach it, it gets better. When students take the 6-hour version, I push them hard…but they end up with six completed pages (that we bind into a little book), lots of techniques, instruction & inspiration on what to write, and even some class critique.
Recently Penny took my classes…here's her blog post about them.
The pages below are samples that I created in class, illustrating the scraped & lifted paint technique.
Stencils & modeling paste are made for each other…do you see bits of a gelatin print that I cut up and added?
Having fun with the Spilled Hearts stencil that I designed. The inky background is Dylusions Ink Sprays.
