Juggling it all…
How are you doing juggling the busy-ness that is your life?
Eeks, is it November? When did that happen? I think I said the same thing last month when it turned October. Yep, it's re-run.
Here are my Jenni Bowlin Studios Kit Nov layouts…fun kit packed with JBS goodness!
Or even if you're not but you're willing to travel…heh….join me at CRESCENDOh Studios on November 10th! We'll have lots of painty & inky fun.
I finally got my hands on some of Pam's great stamps from Stampington.I used the black Faber-Castell gelato to ink the stamp.
Faber-Castell generously sent me a box full of their products to play with. Ali & Su were here from the UK when the box arrived, so we pulled out our journals and started creating. I did the page below with gelatos, water-color pencils, and the cool india-ink white big brush pen.
Earlier this year I was hoping to take a certain class, and in anticipation of it I bought everything on the supply list. I never did get to take the class, but I finally broke out some of the materials and played with them. I purchased 4 Caran d'Ache Neocolor II crayons…and oh my, I love them. I love them so much that I've got a bit set in my cart at Blick!
So this happened…got to spend some time in Peru with my awesome parents.
And this…lots of marching band performances with my two oldest fellas (Fella #1 plays the French Horn, Fella #2 plays the Euphonium).
Go, Deer Valley!
And this…a visit with two dear friends, Su and Ali (all the way from England!).
We shopped and ate and laughed and watched the Homecoming parade and the football game and went to Sedona…
…where we had our auras read and photographed…
and watched Fella #3 run in his cross country meet…
So, needless to say, I've had very little time for art making. But, I'm back in the saddle…headed to Baltimore, Los Angeles, and New Mexico (all before Thanksgiving!) to teach and spread the joy of mixed media art.
What have you been up to?
