Art Journal pages with February’s JBS kit…

I did some art journal pages with the Jenni Bowlin Studios February kit. The exclusive stencil is such a great little pattern, so easy to use. The really great thing is I have so much of the kit left, I can easily make 4 to 6 scrapbook pages!

My book! It’s time!

EEKS!

Well, it's really happening. Word on the street is that my book has hit the publisher's warehouse, and is currently being shipped out! YAY! I received my author copies on Friday, and Amazon has an "in stock" date of Feb 5.

The awesome mixed-media art/papercrafts/scrapbooking/sewing shop Whim So Doodle in St. Pete, Florida, managed to get a case overnighted to them while I was there. What a thrill! They sold out quickly, a BIG thank you to all who bought my book and had me sign it.

People ask me all the time where to buy it. Ask for it at your local art/stamping/scrapbooking store! I know many stores have ordered it to have in their shop…buy it from them and support them. You can also get it online at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and The North Light Shop. [The link below has my affiliate code.]

Regular lady or lizard woman?

I drew this gal over my Mosaic stencil from The Crafter's Workshop. It makes me laugh, now, because the color (Dylusions new Dirty Martini green) and the style of the stencil kind of make her look like she has lizard scales.

Materials:

  • Vintage ledger
  • Stabilo Marks All pencil
  • Dylusions Ink Sprays
  • My new stencils (Mosaic, Eye Chart) from The Crafter's Workshop
  • Neocolor II crayons
