- Junque. Cool unmounted stamps.
- Leavenworth Jackson. The queen of quirk.
- Lost Coast Designs. Cool stuff…I have her set of Monas.
- River City Rubberworks. Some of the funniest stamps of all time are here. And I just saw today that they sell unmounted! WOO HOO!
- Fusion Art Stamps. Some interesting stuff you don’t see other places.
- Vickie Enkoff. The site is a beast to navigate, but she has tons of cool stuff.

Merry, merry Christmas!
I truly hope that you have a wonderful holiday full of love, joy, delicious things to eat, and lots of rest. It looks like a Star Wars movie set exploded in my family room…I sense a disturbance in the force. Hey Anakin & Obi Wan, we have your lightsabers if you’re missing them.
One year ago today the Asian tsunami devastated thousands of lives. As a remembrance of that day, here is the art journal page and journaling that I did on Dec. 31, 2004:
JYC Days 8 & 9…
Rock & roll, here are some JYC album pages. I’ve actually done through day 10, but I neglected to photograph day 10. Don’t worry, you’re not missing anything, the page is kinda fugly and weird. The theme was gift wrapping, which I loathe, so it makes sense that the page turned out a little irksome and kooky.
The above page was supposed to be about traditions (the journaling is in the hidden accordian book on the lower right side), but it turned into more of a rant about me being the tradition keeper. This time of year it always sinks in that Christmas for our family wouldn’t happen if it weren’t for me…and it bums me out. Next year I’m delegating!!!
A whole lotta nuthin…
I could write about the holiday craziness but blah, blah, blah, who cares? I’m not sure I even care at this point. Sigh. I’ve got some art mojo waiting to make an appearance…I hope to work on JYC this afternoon. I have a bet with Wendy that I’ll be caught up by December 30th. Look–there’s a pig flying! Oh wait, that’s a jet. Never mind.
I’ve been giddily downloading all kinds of free Photoshop actions and brushes…check out this one: Holga Simulator. It makes your digital pics look like they were taken on a cheap plastic Holga camera. Rock on, that is cool.
I’m going to ignore the "to do" list and just BE for a few hours. Just BE. Try it with me and let me know how it goes for you.
P.S…I’m still waiting to hear someone confess to sending me the brownies!! 😉
Sidelined…
Spent the weekend in bed with a strained back.
Thrilling.
That’s what I get for trying to get something accomplished on a Saturday morning. Ha.
For your Monday amusement: The Birthday Calculator
You put in your birthdate and it spews forth all kinds of strange information about you and the day you were born. I know you’re dying to know that I am on Life Path 1. Woot.
JYC Day 7…
Christmas Tag…
Now I tag Cheryl to do this! 🙂 Have fun!
JYC Day 6…
Self Portrait Tuesday…
JYC in progress…
I thought I’d be able to catch up on JYC today, but I’ve only done ONE, yes ONE entry. Doh. Well, technically it’s not done. It’s in progress still. So you’ll see a pic tomorrow.
I’m lusting after this print (which you can purchase at Teesha Moore’s online shop):
