This week is kicking my booty. Not only have I not scrapped or painted, but I haven’t even been at my art table at all. Waaaah! How about some linkage to soothe the ache…

• Because you neeeeeed a life-sized foam sword…
• Because you can never have enough mushrooms and goombas…
• Because there’s nothing like buying your chicken at the grocery store with a chicken purse… I wonder if that purse will go with my mutton-chop legs? Hmm.
• Because everyone needs at least one robot…
• Because this pink grinning monster would look so cute on your coffee table…

but am putting out huge fires (like reading hundreds of pages of my art history book for the Phoenix Art Museum docent program, getting rained out at the church campout, etc.), so I have had no creative time. Did do the layout below for a ScrapGal blog post. Memory Trends was small, very small. Very few of the scrapbooking heavyweights were there…which is probably a bad omen for the future of this show.

I’m at Memory Trends in Las Vegas….more when I get back. 🙂

Didn’t have an artful weekend at all…in fact, I’m not sure what I accomplished. Today was busy (Sundays are busy because of my church reponsibility). I have an iffy page half-done on my desk, we’ll see if I can save it tomorrow. I’ve been in a funk, I need to snap out of it.
